1. What is Rip & Ship?

Rip & Ship is a live product opening service. You purchase sealed products (e.g., trading card packs, blind boxes), and we open them live on stream. The opened contents are then shipped to you.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from our store or participate in our Rip & Ship events:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You must provide accurate shipping and payment information.

3. Purchasing Process

• All purchases are final once payment is received.

• Products are opened live during the scheduled stream after confirmation of payment.

• A replay or video record of the rip may be provided upon request (subject to availability).

• We are not responsible for product contents—pulls are random and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping

• We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct before completing your purchase.

• Shipping timelines may vary. We aim to ship every Monday.

• Lost or damaged mail is not our responsibility once items are in the carrier’s possession, but we may offer assistance in filing claims if shipping insurance was purchased.

5. Returns and Refunds

• No returns or refunds on opened products.

• Refunds may be granted before the product is opened on stream, but only under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

• In the rare case of an error (e.g., wrong item ripped), please contact us within 48 hours.

6. Product Authenticity

• We source all sealed products from trusted suppliers and vendors.

• We do not guarantee manufacturer-sealed contents, odds, or conditions (e.g., misprints, damage inside packaging).

7. Live Stream Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or disruptive behavior in the live stream chat will result in bans or restrictions.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

• By purchasing, you agree that Scyther Decipher is not liable for any dissatisfaction related to pull results, product quality (where sealed), or postal delivery.

• All purchases are made at your own risk.
