📦 Shipping & Return Policy

 

Scyther Decipher – TikTok Rip & Ship

We’re committed to delivering a smooth and transparent experience with every Rip & Ship order. Below is our Shipping and Return Policy outlining how we handle fulfillment, delivery, and any potential issues.

🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped on the following Monday after your items are opened live on TikTok.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via Auspost with tracking.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email or direct message once your order is fulfilled.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping: $15 AUD (pay once per week regardless of how many orders you make)

4. Delivery Issues

  • Once a package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen items.

  • For added protection, we offer optional shipping insurance—ask about this during your purchase.

🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of Rip & Ship (live opening of sealed product), all sales are final once the pack/box has been opened.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened products.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • We are unable to fulfill your order before opening.

    • A product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your rip.

    • A mistake was made on our end (e.g., wrong item ripped).

Refund requests must be made before the rip begins. Once the product is opened live, refunds will not be granted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your name, order details, and clear photos of the packaging and contents.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item (if available) or issuing a partial refund at our discretion.
